세가지 포켓몬이 바뀌는데..
마스크드피카츄는 버그픽스인것같고..
뮤츠랑 다크뮤츠는 너프됩니다.
서포트 포켓몬은
파치리스가 날따름을 사용하고있을때 공격이펙트가 나오지않는 현상이 수정된거같고 (이거좀 이상하긴했음..;)
레시라무의 데미지가 줄어들고, 가드크래시가 잘 안되도록 너프된거같네요

General Changes:
Defense Up - Now makes it harder to have your shield broken.
Defense Down - Now makes it easier to have your shield broken.
From what I can see, the following Pokemon received changes:
Pikachu Libre
Sceptile
Mewtwo
Shadow Mewtwo
Pikachu Libre got a bug fix where jump X would sometimes let opponents fall out of it if you wall splat them, and Sceptile no longer sometimes sinks into the ground when using his jump R vine hang on a grown bullet seed after using detect... or something. I'm sure someone posted a video of a Sceptile bug before.
Mewtwo's confusion was nerfed (you can jump out of it because it now has a lower hitbox, you can tech it faster, combos off of it scale harder), and his jump X/Y were nerfed as well (I'm not sure how, I think it says you can get critical hits if you CA ithemand that they can't destroy projectiles as easily anymore).
Shadow Mewtwo received five nerfs and one rebalance.
-Back Y into Miracle Eye (the infinite) now causes a phase shift when you land the full version. On block, it deals less block stun and more knockback on enemy guard. (This is the rebalance)
-Miracle Eye: The time you have to activate this after moves in Field Phase is tighter, might have increased the lag or recovery on it.
-Side Y in Field: The projectiles don't linger as long as they used to.
-Back Y in Field: Along with the infinite removal, Back Y itself deals less blockstun, more knockback, and the projectile disappears faster than it did before.
-Y in Field into Miracle Eye: Miracle Eye activates slower.
-All of Shadow Mewtwo's Projectiles: Deal less shield damage to all guarding opponents.
