CDproject Froum에서 발견함
i guess, i found a solution go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\content and delete. the patch1 and patch0.. it worked for me.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\content 여기서 patch1이랑 patch0 폴더 지우니까 잘됨
